I can tell you this much, if the IOC wants to be relevant to the youth market they will do just this.
Bone stock and stripped FR-Ss with a mountain pass judged by one official from each country.
Apart from maybe Basketball and Hockey, I care for no fucks with the Olympics. Even in Soccer. World Cup is where the money is at for that sport.
